କଳିଙ୍ଗାଘାଟି ରେ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଏଡାଇବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲା ଭେଇକେଲ ସେନ୍ସର ଆଲ୍ଲର୍ଟ l ଗଞ୍ଜାମ-କନ୍ଧମାଳ ସୀମାନ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କଳିଙ୍ଗା ଘାଟିର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବୁଲାଣି ରାସ୍ତା ଥିବାରୁ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଘଟୁଛି। ବିଶେଷ କରି ଘାଟିର ଦୂରତା 10 କିଲୋମିଟର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଛଅରୁ ସାତ ଟି ସ୍ଥାନ ଅତି ବିପଦ ସଙ୍କୁଳ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ଯାନ ବାହାନ ଗୁଡିକ ଘାଟି ଉପରୁ ତଳକୁ ଖସୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଭାରସାମ୍ୟ ହରାଇ ଗାର୍ଡ ୱାଲ୍ ରେ ପିଟି ହୋଇ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଘଟୁଛି । ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା କୁ କିପରି ରୋକା ଯାଇପାରିବ ସେ ଉପରେ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ।

To prevent frequent accidents, vehicle sensor alerts have been installed on Kalinga Ghati along the Ganjam-Kandhamal border. The road’s steep 10 km stretch includes six to seven highly dangerous points where vehicles often lose balance and collide with guard walls. This safety initiative is aimed at alerting drivers in advance to avoid mishaps.
