UPSC Tightens CSE 2026 Rules: Serving Officers Cannot Reappear

#UPSC_ପରୀକ୍ଷା_ନିୟମରେ_ବଡ଼_ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ
IAS, IFS ପାଇଥିଲେ ପୁଣିଥରେ ଦେଇପାରିବେନି ପରୀକ୍ଷା। IPSଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବନି ପୁନଃ IPS ସେବା ଚୟନ ସୁଯୋଗ। ସିଭିଲ୍ ସର୍ଭିସ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ବା CSE ୨୦୨୬ ପାଇଁ ନିୟମକୁ କଠୋର କରିଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଲୋକସେବା ଆୟୋଗ । UPSC ଉତ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋଇ ଚାକିରି କରିଥିଲେ କିମ୍ବା ଟ୍ରେନିଂରେ ଥିଲେ ପୁଣିଥରେ CSE ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ତେବେ ଚାକିରିରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଲେ ପୁଣିଥରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ମିଳିବ। ଏଭଳି ନିୟମ ଦ୍ବାରା ଚୟନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ଅଧିକ ସୁସଂଗଠିତ କରିବା ସହ ନୂଆ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ସୁଯୋଗ ଦେବା UPSCର ମୂଳଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି। ଯାହାକୁ ସ୍ବାଗତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଉଭୟ ସିଭିଲ ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍ ଆଶାୟୀ ଏବଂ ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ପ୍ରଶାସକ।...

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has introduced strict rules for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2026. Officers already serving in IAS, IFS, or IPS, or undergoing training, cannot reapply for the exam unless they resign from service. This move affects thousands of aspirants across India and applies to all Civil Services candidates planning to appear in the 2026 exam cycle.
