A major road accident occurred near Taduabahal on National Highway 520 under Champua Police Station in Keonjhar district, where a truck rammed into a bus carrying Odisha Industrial Security Force (OISF) jawans from behind. The incident took place while the bus was travelling from Guali to Ghatgaon. As a result, 28 jawans were injured, including 10 who sustained serious injuries.

According to information available, the speeding truck hit the bus from the rear, causing the bus to lose control and collide with another truck moving ahead. All jawans on board were injured in the collision. Champua Police rushed to the spot, shifted the injured to hospitals, and launched an investigation while attempting to trace the vehicle responsible for the accident.
