ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ରଣହୁଙ୍କାର। ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଦିନରେ ଧାରଣାରେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷକ। ୨ ଦଫା ଦାବି ନେଇ ଧାରଣାରେ ବସିଛନ୍ତି ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଶିକ୍ଷୟିତ୍ରୀ। ଏଥର କମିଟି ନୁହେଁ, ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ତାଙ୍କ ଦାବି ପୂରଣ କରନ୍ତୁ ବୋଲି ଜିଦରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କର ମୂଳ ପଦବୀକୁ ଅପଗ୍ରେଡ୍ କରି ଲେବୁଲ ୯ ଅନୁସାରେ ମୂଳ ବେତନ ୩୫ ହଜାର ୪ଶହ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବା, ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରୁ ଠିକା ପ୍ରଥା ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରି ୨୦୦୧ରୁ ଏଯାଏଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ସମସ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କର ଠିକା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳକୁ ମୂଳ ଚାକିରି ଭାବେ ଗଣନା ଦାବିରେ ହରତାଳକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଛି ସଂଘ।

Primary teachers intensified their agitation in the state capital, shifting from classrooms to the streets in a loud hallabol protest. On the second day of their dharna, teachers and teacher-educators sat in protest with two major demands. They refused any new committees and insisted that the state government directly fulfil their demands without delay.
