ତହସିଲଦାରଙ୍କୁ ପୁରୁଣା କବଲା ସଂଶୋଧନ କ୍ଷମତା। ପୁରୁଣା ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ କବଲା ସଂଶୋଧନ କ୍ଷମତା ତହସିଲଦାରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ। ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ବୈଧ ଦଲିଲ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଜମିଜମା ରେକର୍ଡର ସଂଶୋଧନ କ୍ଷମତା। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସର୍ଭେ ଆଣ୍ଡ ସେଟଲମେଣ୍ଟ ରୁଲସ୍ ର ସଂଶୋଧନକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଅନୁମୋଦନ। ଏଣିକି ରାଜସ୍ବ ପରିଷଦ ବା ଅନ୍ୟ କ୍ଷମତାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ରିଭିଜନ କୋର୍ଟରେ ଅପିଲ ଦରକାର ପଡ଼ିବନି।

The Odisha Government has amended the relevant land settlement and survey rules to empower Tahsildars with the authority to correct old “kabala” registrations and amend zamijama (land‑records) directly, without requiring appeal to the Revenue Council or Revisional Court.
