UGCର ନୂଆ ନିୟମକୁ ବଡ଼ ଝଟକା। ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଉପରେ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଯାଏ ରୋକ ଲଗାଇଲେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। ନୋଟିସ୍ କରିବା ସହ ଉଭୟ UGC ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ଜବାବ ମାଗିଛନ୍ତି। ‘UGC ନୂଆ ନିୟମରେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟତା ନାହିଁ। ଏହି ନୂଆ ନିୟମର ବୈଧତା ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ।
