Supporters of Arvind Mohapatra gathered in large numbers in front of Shankh Bhavan, the headquarters of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, to protest his suspension from the party. Mohapatra’s supporters travelled from Patkura and other areas to express their solidarity and opposition to the party decision announced earlier this month.
