ବୁଲା କୁକୁରଙ୍କ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟକୁ ନେଇ ଆଜି ହୋଇଥିବା ଶୁଣାଣି ବେଳେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ କଡା ଆଭିମୁଖ୍ୟ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଲେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ଯଦି କୌଣସି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନନେଲେ ତାହେଲେ ବୁଲା କୁକୁର କାମୁଡାରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଆହତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି କିମ୍ବା ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହେଉଛି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ସରକାର କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦେବେ। ରାସ୍ତାରେ କୁକୁରଙ୍କୁ ଖାଇବାକୁ ଦେଉଥିବା ଲୋକେ ମଧ୍ୟ କିଛି ଅଘଟଣ ଘଟିଲେ ଦାୟୀ ରହିବେ।

The Supreme Court has taken a tough stand on the growing menace of stray dogs during a hearing held today. The apex court warned the Centre and state governments that if effective steps are not taken, compensation will have to be paid to families of those injured or killed in stray dog attacks. The court also said that people who feed dogs on roads will be held responsible if any untoward incident occurs.
