A shocking and disturbing incident has come to light from Surat in Gujarat, where a 31-year-old woman, Pratima Devi, died after setting herself on fire following a domestic argument. According to police, instead of trying to save her, her husband Ranjit Saha, aged 33, recorded the entire incident on his mobile phone.
