Panic gripped Piprauli village in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun district after villagers feared contracting rabies from raita served during a community feast. The raita was prepared using milk from a buffalo that was later found to have been bitten by a rabid dog and subsequently died showing rabies symptoms.
