The Odisha government has extended the deadline for mandatory vehicle document checks, including the Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC), by one month, bringing major relief to vehicle owners across the state. Instead of January 1, strict enforcement will now begin from February 1. Transport Minister Bibhuti Jena confirmed that vehicles will not be denied petrol for lack of PUCC before February 1.
