ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ‌ଆସିଲା କଡ଼ା ନିୟମ । ପଟ୍ରୋଲ ପାଇଁ ହେବାକୁ ପଡିବ ନାକେଦମ୍ । PUCC ନଥିଲେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ମନା । ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଗାଡ଼ିର ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଠିକଠାକ୍ ଅଛି ତ ? ଯଦି ନାହିଁ, ତାହେଲେ ଆଉ ଚଲାଇ ପାରିବେନି ଗାଡି । କାରଣ ଗାଡି ଚଲାଇବାକୁ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ପାଇବେନି । ବୈଧ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ନଥିଲେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ କିମ୍ବା ଡିଜେଲ୍ ଦେବେନି କୌଣସି ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ପମ୍ପ । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କଡାକଡି ଲାଗୁ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ଏହି ନିୟମ ।

After Delhi, Odisha has announced a strict enforcement of pollution control norms for vehicles. The State Transport Authority (STA) has directed oil marketing companies not to supply petrol or diesel to any vehicle that does not have a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC).
