After a four-day break, banking services may face further disruption on Tuesday, January 27, as bank employees’ and officers’ unions have announced a nationwide strike demanding the implementation of a five-day work week. From Friday to Monday, banks remain closed due to Netaji Jayanti, Second Saturday, Sunday, and Republic Day, raising concerns of extended inconvenience for customers.
