ରାଜ୍ୟସ୍ତରୀୟ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସରେ ଚାରିଆଡେ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଛି। କଟକର ବାରବାଟି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପତକା ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରାଯିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଆୟୋଜନ ହୋଇଛି।
Special arrangements have been made across the state for the State-level Republic Day celebrations. As part of the programme, the national flag will also be unfurled at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack.
