Opposition Uproar Stalls Odisha Vidhan Sabha, Question Hour Runs Only 16 Minutes

ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କ ହଟ୍ଟଗୋଳ, ଚାଲିପାରୁନି ବିଧାନସଭା। ତିନି ଦିନରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନକାଳ ଚାଲିଛି ମାତ୍ର ୧୬ ମିନିଟ୍ । ଆଜି ଗୃହ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକ୍ଷଣି ହଟ୍ଟଗୋଳ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ବିରୋଧୀ । ତେଣୁ ଗୃହ ଚାଲି ପାରି ନ ଥିଲା। ଗୃହକୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ କରିବାକୁ ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଡାକିଛନ୍ତି ସର୍ବଦଳୀୟ ବୈଠକ।
Proceedings of the Odisha Vidhan Sabha have been severely disrupted due to continuous uproar by the Opposition. Over the past three days, the Question Hour has functioned for only 16 minutes. Today as well, the Opposition began protesting as soon as the House assembled, preventing normal business.
