ଆଜିଠୁ ବିଧାନସଭା ଶୀତ ଅଧିବେଶନ। ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ରଖିବେ। ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଦିନ ଗୃହରେ ଆସିବ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବଜେଟ୍। ଶୀତ ଅଧିବେଶନ ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଭାବେ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ନେଇ ସର୍ବଦଳୀୟ ବୈଠକରେ ସବୁ ଦଳର ସହଯୋଗ ଲୋଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି ବାଚସ୍ପିତ। ଶାସକ ଓ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କ ସହ ସେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶାସକ ଦଳ ଭଳି ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳକୁ ସମାନ ସମୟ ଦେବାକୁ ଦାବି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ବିରୋଧୀ।ଶୀତ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଘେରିବାକୁ ରଣନୀତି କରିଛନ୍ତି ବିରୋଧୀ ବିଜେଡି ଓ କଂଗ୍ରେସ। '

The Winter Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly begins today. On the first day, President Draupadi Murmu will deliver her address, followed by the presentation of the additional budget on the second day.

Opposition parties BJD and Congress have devised a strategy to corner the government during the session. They are demanding equal speaking time and coordinating closely with the Speaker and all party members to ensure a structured debate.
