Odisha’s Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan has acknowledged that minor issues remain in the current Dhadi Darshan (queue system) arrangements at the Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri. He said officials are holding discussions to fine-tune the plan, particularly to ensure smooth and safe darshan for senior citizens and differently-abled (divyang) devotees. Once the plan is finalised and cleared, authorities will move to implementation on the ground. The Dhadi Darshan system is being introduced to regulate the flow of devotees and reduce overcrowding.
