After a **Cuttack court in Odisha sentenced actor Lipan Sahu to **life imprisonment for murdering his wife, popular Odia television and film actress Laxmipriya Behera (alias Nikita), her anguished mother opened her heart about the pain of losing her daughter. The court convicted Lipan for pushing Nikita off the terrace of their home in Mahanadi Vihar area of Cuttack in January 2019 and awarded him life term in the case, while acquitting his parents.
