A minor boy has been detained on allegations of raping a Tibetan minor girl in the Chandragiri Phandi area under Mohana Police Station in Gajapati district. According to the complaint, the incident took place when the victim’s parents had gone to attend a programme at a relative’s house, and the accused allegedly took advantage of the girl being alone.
