କିସ୍ ଛାତ୍ର ହତ୍ୟାକାଣ୍ଡ ମାମଲାର ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ଭାବେ ଘଟଣାର ତଦନ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମାନବାଧିକାର କମିଶନ ନିକଟରେ ଆବେଦନ ହୋଇଛି। ଘଟଣା ପାଇଁ ଦାୟୀ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ସହ ମୃତ ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ ହୋଇଛି । ପରିବାରକୁ ୧ କୋଟି କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ OHRCରେ ଆବେଦନ ।

KISS Student Death Case Reaches OHRC, Plea for Independent Probe and ₹1 Crore Compensation

The KISS student death case has now reached the Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC), with a petition filed seeking an independent investigation into the incident. The plea demands strict action against officials found responsible for the incident and compensation for the family of the deceased student.

A compensation of ₹1 crore has been sought for the victim’s family. The petition has also urged the OHRC to investigate the functioning of the KISS management. To establish facts and evidence, demands have been made to examine the post-mortem report, viscera report, CCTV footage, and hostel records related to the case.
