A rape allegation has surfaced against an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer in government quarters of the Income Tax Department in Bhubaneswar. The complaint alleges that the officer sexually assaulted a neighbour of his relative inside the government quarters and allegedly threatened to make objectionable videos and photos viral.
