Huge Cache of Explosives, IED Materials Seized in Narayanpur Anti-Naxal Drive

ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ରେ ନକ୍ସଲ ଦମନ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷାକର୍ମୀଙ୍କୁ ବଡ଼ ସଫଳତା । ନାରାୟଣପୁରରେ ଧ୍ୱଂସ ହେଲା ନକ୍ସଲ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପ । ଜବତ ହୋଇଛି ବିପୁଳ ପରିମାଣର ବିସ୍ଫୋରକ ଓ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରଶସ୍ତ୍ର । ନକ୍ସଲ ବିରୋଧୀ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ITBPର 53 ବାଟାଲିୟନକୁ ବଡ଼ ସଫଳତା ମିଳିଛି । କୁମୁରାଡି ଗ୍ରାମ ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ଏକ ଜଙ୍ଗଲରେ ନକ୍ସଲଙ୍କ ଗତିବିଧି ସୂଚନା ପାଇ ଅପରେସନ୍ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ସୁରକ୍ଷାକର୍ମୀ । ଏତିକିବେଳେ ସେଠାରୁ ବିପୁଳ ପରିମାଣର ଅସ୍ତ୍ରଶସ୍ତ୍ର ଓ ଗୁଳିଗୋଳା ଜବତ ହୋଇଛି। ସେହିପରି IED ତିଆରି ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ବିସ୍ଫୋରକ ବି ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ନକ୍ସଲମାନେ କୌଣସି ବଡ଼ ଧରଣର ହିଂସାକାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ସବୁ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ମହଜୁଦ ରଖିଥିଲେ।

In a major breakthrough in the anti-Naxal operation in Chhattisgarh, security forces achieved significant success after destroying a Naxal camp in Narayanpur district. Acting on intelligence inputs about Naxal movement, personnel of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) 53 Battalion launched an operation near the forest area close to Kumuradi village.

During the operation, a large quantity of weapons, ammunition, and explosives were seized. Materials used for making Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) were also recovered from the site.
