ରାଜପଥ ପାଲଟିଲା ରନୱେ। ହାଇୱେରେ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଲା ବାୟୁସେନା ବିମାନ। ଆସାମ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଯାଇ ଦିବ୍ରୁଗଡ଼ର ମୋରାନ ବାଇପାସରେ ଉତ୍ତର-ପୂର୍ବ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଥମ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ଅବତରଣ ସୁବିଧା-ELFର ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ। ନିଜେ ବାୟୁସେନାର C-130J ସୁପର ହରକ୍ୟୁଲସ୍ ବିମାନ ଯୋଗେ ଏହି ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅବତରଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହା ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ସମୟରେ ବାୟୁସେନା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବିକଳ୍ପ ରନୱେ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବ

A national highway in Assam transformed into a runway as Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated North-East India’s first Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) at Moran Bypass in Dibrugarh. During his Assam visit, the Prime Minister landed on the highway aboard an Indian Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft.
