The High Court has directed the arrest of the Panama-flagged cargo vessel MV THE PATRON at Paradip Port in Odisha. The ship arrived at Paradip after sailing from Aqaba Port in Jordan, carrying a large consignment of rock phosphate meant for IFFCO.
