ଟାଟା ପାୱାରକୁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ନୋଟିସ୍। ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଜମା ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ନୋଟିସ୍ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଜବାବ ଦାଖଲ ପାଇଁ ୨ ସପ୍ତାହ ସମୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ। OERC ଓ ଶକ୍ତି ସଚିବଙ୍କୁ ବି ନୋଟିସ୍ ହୋଇଛି। ୩ ସପ୍ତାହ ପରେ ମାମଲାର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଶୁଣାଣି ହେବ। ଟାଟା ପାୱାରର ଆଡିସନାଲ ସିକ୍ୟୁରିଟି ଡିପୋଜିଟକୁ ନେଇ ବଢିଥିଲା ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଥିଲେ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତା ସଂଘ।

The High Court has issued a notice to Tata Power over the issue of additional security deposit. The court has given Tata Power two weeks’ time to file its reply. Notices have also been issued to the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC) and the Energy Secretary. The next hearing in the case will be held after three weeks. The matter gained attention following widespread discontent over Tata Power’s additional security deposit, with consumer associations launching protests at various places across the state.
