ଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରତୀକ ଅପବ୍ୟବହାର ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ କଡ଼ା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ। ଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରତୀକର ତ୍ରୁଟିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବ୍ୟବହାର ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ PIL ଉପରେ ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ୫ଟି ବିଭାଗର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ କମିଟି ଗଠନ କରିବାକୁ କୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି।
The High Court has issued strict directions to prevent the misuse of national symbols while hearing a PIL related to their improper use. Taking the matter seriously, the court has ordered the formation of a committee comprising senior officials from five departments to monitor and address violations.
