ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୁସି ଖବର। ଏଣିକି ପରୀକ୍ଷା କିମ୍ବା ଚାକିରି ପାଇଁ NOC ଆବେଦନ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବନି। ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଅନୁମତି ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଐତିହାସିକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ UPSC, OPSC, SSC ପରିଚାଳିତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ଅନୁମତି ବା 'ନୋ ଅବଜେକ୍ସନ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ' ପାଇଁ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଦୌଡ଼ିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଥିଲା।

The Odisha State Government has issued permanent permission for government employees to appear in exams or apply for jobs without submitting a No Objection Certificate (NOC). This historic decision aims to simplify the process for employees across the state.

Previously, employees had to repeatedly approach departmental offices to obtain NOCs for exams like UPSC, OPSC, and SSC. The new order by the General Administration and Complaint Department removes this burden and streamlines the process.
