Odisha’s gold and silver market has recorded a continued decline in prices for the fourth straight day, with fresh drops seen again today. The rate of 24-carat gold has fallen below ₹9,000 per gram, and the current price for 10 grams of 24-carat gold stands at ₹1,51,530. Similarly, 22-carat gold has also declined to ₹1,38,900 per 10 grams. Silver prices have fallen by ₹20,000 per kilogram and are now trading around ₹3,00,000 per kg. These changes reflect persistent downward pressure on precious metal rates.
