ଆଜି ପବିତ୍ର ଧନୁ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତି। କାଉ ରାବିବା ଆଗରୁ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ପହିଲି ଭୋଗ ବଢ଼ିଗଲାଣି। ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ଆଜିଠାରୁ ମକର ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୧ ମାସ ଧରି ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ଲାଗି ହେଉଥିବା ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପହିଲି ଭୋଗର ସୁଆଦ ସବୁଠୁ ନିଆରା। ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀ ସାଆନ୍ତାଣୀ ବାପ ଘରକୁ ଯାଇଥିବାରୁ ମାଆ ଯଶୋଦା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସୁସ୍ୱାଦୁ ପିଠା ଓ ବ୍ୟଞ୍ଜନ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବାଢ଼ିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

Every year, from Dhanus Sankranti till Makar Sankranti, a special Pahili Bhoga is offered to Mahaprabhu for an entire month. This offering is considered unique in taste and tradition.

As Lakshmi Saantani is believed to have gone to her parental home, Mother Yashoda prepares and offers various delicious pithas and dishes for Mahaprabhu during this period, following age-old temple rituals.
