ଥାନାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଲା ‘ଲିଙ୍ଗରାଜ’ ନୀତିକାନ୍ତି ବିଭ୍ରାଟ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ। ବାବା ଲିଙ୍ଗରାଜ ଉପବାସ ରହିବାକୁ ନେଇ ଥାନାରେ ଏତଲା। ମନ୍ଦିର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ନାଁରେ ଏତଲା ଦେଲେ ପୁରୁଣା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ବାସିନ୍ଦା ଅମରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗରାବଡ଼ୁ। ଲିଙ୍ଗରାଜ ଥାନାରେ ଏତଲାରେ ସେ ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ମନ୍ଦିର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଅବହେଳା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଏଭଳି ସ୍ଥିତି ଉପୁଜିଥିଲା। ‘କ୍ଷୀର ଆଉଟା’ ନୀତିକୁ ନେଇ ଦୁଇ ସେବାୟତ ନିଯୋଗରେ ଥିଲା ବିବାଦ ଥିଲା। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମନ୍ଦିର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ସେ ଦାୟୀ କରି ଥାନାରେ ଏତଲା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

The controversy over a ritual lapse at the Lingaraj Temple has reached the police station. An FIR has been filed at Lingaraj Police Station alleging that Baba Lingaraj remained without rituals due to administrative negligence.

Old Bhubaneswar resident Amarendra Garabadu has lodged the complaint against the Temple Executive Officer. In the FIR, he alleged that negligence in official duties led to the situation and held the officer fully responsible.

According to the complaint, a dispute had erupted between two servitor groups over the ‘Kheera Outa’ ritual. The matter has now escalated into a legal issue, raising serious questions over temple administration and ritual management.
