୭ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସହ ୨୪ ସ୍ଥାନର ଇଂରାଜୀ ବନା ସଂଶୋଧନ ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରେ ବ୍ୟତିକ୍ରମ ଅନ୍ୟ ସହରର ନାମ ସଂଶୋଧନ ପାଇଁ ତେଜୁଛି ଦାବି। ଇଂରାଜୀ ନାମରେ ବ୍ୟତିକ୍ରମ ଥିବା ଅନ୍ୟ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରୁ ସଂଶୋଧନ ପାଇଁ ଦାବି ଉଠିବା ସହ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ବି ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି। ଯେପରିକି କୁଟାକ CUTTACK ବଦଳରେ KATAKA କରିବାକୁ ଦାବି ହେଲାଣି

Demands are intensifying to change the English spelling of Cuttack to Kataka following a decision to correct the English spellings of seven districts and 24 places in Odisha. The issue has surfaced as questions are being raised over inconsistencies in existing English place names.
