The Indian Meteorological Department has confirmed that a low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal is intensifying into a cyclone from the morning of 27th October. Andhra Pradesh is expected to experience the greatest impact, while southern, central, and coastal regions will also face heavy rainfall.

Wind speeds may reach 60–70 km/h, accompanied by heavy rain and storms. Meteorologists warn that the cyclone's direction may change on the 29th, and residents should remain alert.
