Patkura MLA Arvind Mohapatra has issued an open challenge to the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) while responding strongly to allegations made by Lenin. Questioning the claims, Arvind asked what the so-called “mid-day operation” actually was and demanded concrete evidence instead of what he termed misleading narratives.
