An aircraft engine involved in the emergency landing of a chartered aircraft near Jalda in Rourkela is being relocated for investigation. The damaged engine has been removed and transported in a special vehicle to Bhubaneswar, from where it will be sent directly to Canada. The examination of the engine is expected to reveal the cause of the incident.

According to information available, the aircraft met with the incident on the 10th of the month. Following the emergency landing, the engine was cut and detached from the aircraft and preserved. Authorities have stated that a detailed technical analysis of the engine in Canada will help determine why the emergency situation occurred.
