ନିବିଡ଼ ହେଉଛି ଭାରତ-ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନ ସମ୍ପର୍କ। ତାଲିବାନ ଶାସନର ବୈଦେଶିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆମିର ଖାନ ମୁତାକି ଭାରତ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଆସିବା ପରେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ସହି ପାରୁନି। ରାତି ଅଧିଆ କାବୁଲରେ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ କରିଛି। ଏହାପରେ ଭାରତ ମାଟିରୁ ପାକିସ୍ତାନକୁ ଖୋଲା ଚେତାବନୀ ଶୁଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନ ବୈଦେଶିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ। ମୁତାକି କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନ ସହ ଖେଳିବା ଭଲ ନୁହେଁ। ଆମ ସାହସର ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ଆଜି ସେ ବୈଦେଶିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏସ୍. ଜୟଶଙ୍କରଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନରେ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଦୂତାବାସ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଦ୍ବିପାକ୍ଷିକ ବୈଠକ ପରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଜୟଶଙ୍କର।

Relations between India and Afghanistan are getting stronger. During his recent India visit, Afghanistan’s Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi met External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in New Delhi. Soon after his visit, Muttaqi issued a stern warning to Pakistan, saying, “It’s not wise to play with Afghanistan. Don’t test our courage.”
