A transgender woman (kinnar) was brutally stabbed to death near CIFA on the Puri–Bhubaneswar road late on Sunday night. The victim, identified as Anjali from Salepur, was attacked by unidentified assailants who fled the scene. She was found injured on the roadside and rushed to Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar, where doctors declared her dead on arrival.
