A sudden cold wave has struck parts of Odisha, with Kandhamal district bearing the brunt. Although no city has recorded temperatures below 10 °C, residents are feeling intense chill, heavy fog (kuḍuḍi), and biting cold — especially those travelling on roads and in open areas.
