A powerful 6.3-magnitude earthquake struck Afghanistan around 1 AM local time near Mazar-i-Sharif and Khulm, leaving at least 10 dead and 260 injured. The tremor’s epicenter was located 22 km southwest of Khulm at a depth of 28 km.
