Young farmer Saurav Pattanayak from Jagatsinghpur district, Odisha has won the Odisha Citizens Award 2025 in the agriculture category for his remarkable achievements in integrated farming and aquaculture. Since 2008, Saurav has engaged in fish cultivation, seed-bed (fry) production, paddy and vegetable farming — building an IFS unit and producing fingerlings, yearling and table-size fish.
