ଅନୁଗୁଳରେ ଚାଲିଛି ଲେବର କାର୍ଡ ରାକେଟ। ଏମାନଙ୍କ ଟାର୍ଗେଟରେ ଗାଁ ଗହଳିର ନିରୀହ ଶ୍ରମିକ। ଶ୍ରମ କାର୍ଡ କରାଇଦେବା ବାହାନାରେ ଲୁଟୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏଭଳି ଏକ ରାକେଟ ବିଷୟରେ ଖବର ପାଇଁ ସେଠାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା ଓଟିଭି ଟିମ୍। ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମକୁ ଦେଖିବା ମାତ୍ରେ ବାଇକ୍ ଧରି ଯେଝା ବାଟରେ ଯେଝା ଛୁ ମାରିଛନ୍ତି।
A labour-card racket is operating in Angul, where middlemen are allegedly targeting innocent rural workers and charging ₹1,600–₹1,800 in the name of issuing labour cards, after first collecting a ₹200 registration fee. When the OTV team reached the spot to investigate, the accused fled on motorcycles, while victims claimed they were routinely cheated in the process.
