ବାଲୁକା କଳାରେ ସଡ଼କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ପରିବେଶ ସଚେତନତା ବାର୍ତ୍ତା । ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଗୋପାଳପୁର ବେଳାଭୂମି ମହୋତ୍ସବରେ ବାଲୁକା କଳା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଏଭଳି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବାଲୁକା ଶିଳ୍ପୀ ସୁଦର୍ଶନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ । ବେଳାଭୂମିରେ ଦୁଇଟି ବିରାଟ ବାଲୁକା କଳା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସୁଦର୍ଶନ। ପ୍ରଥମ ବାଲୁକା କଳାରେ 100ଟି ହେଲମେଟ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି, ଏକ ବିଶାଳ ହେଲମେଟ୍ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁଥିରେ "ହେଲମେଟ୍ ପିନ୍ଧନ୍ତୁ, ଜୀବନ ବଞ୍ଚାନ୍ତୁ" ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

International sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik conveyed strong messages on road safety and environmental awareness through sand art at the Gopalpur Beach Festival in Ganjam district, Odisha. Two large sand installations were displayed on the beach, drawing the attention of visitors and the general public. The artworks aimed to spread awareness among vehicle riders and citizens using creative visual expression.
