‘No PUCC, No Petrol’ Order Withdrawn, Odisha Govt Tells High Court

#PUCC_ନ_ଥିଲେ_ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ_ମନା_ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ_ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହୃତ
PUCC ନ ଥିଲେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ୍ ମିଳିବନି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହୃତ। ଏନେଇ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ସତ୍ୟପାଠ ଦାଖଲ କଲେ ସରକାର। ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ପମ୍ପ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ କେବଳ PUCC ପାଇଁ କହିପାରିବେ। ସମସ୍ତ ଚାଲାଣ ଭରିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ସରକାର। ଏନେଇ ବାହାନ ପୋର୍ଟାଲରେ ସଂଶୋଧନ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ।

The Odisha government has withdrawn its directive that denied petrol to vehicles without a Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC). The government informed the High Court about the decision through an affidavit.
