A tragic incident has come to light from Odisha’s Ganjam district where the dead body of a newborn baby girl was found floating in a pond. The incident occurred at Badabandha pond in Bhismagiri village under Digapahandi block.

According to sources, villagers noticed the body of the newborn girl floating in the pond early in the morning and immediately informed the police. The discovery has shocked local residents and raised serious concerns.
