Heavy crowd scenes have been reported at Puri’s Shreekhetra as lakhs of devotees flock to the Jagannath Temple during Panchuka, the last five sacred days of the holy month of Kartika. Devotees are rushing for darshan of the deities, creating an unprecedented gathering in and around the temple premises.
