As the Nuapada by-election draws near, late Raju Dholakia’s wife Kalpana Dholakia has made an emotional allegation that has stirred political circles. Speaking to media, Kalpana claimed that during her husband’s illness, no leader from the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) visited or even called to inquire about his health or treatment.
