Kalinga Lancers have once again emerged as champions of the Hockey India League. In the final match held at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Kalinga Lancers defeated Ranchi Royals by 3–2 to lift the title.

With this victory, Kalinga Lancers have created history by becoming the first team to win the Hockey India League title twice. The team had earlier won the championship in 2017 and has now repeated the feat.
