In a shocking example of digital disparity, villagers in Guluba Panchayat under Mohana Block of Gajapati district are struggling for basic mobile connectivity. Even though a mobile tower has been installed in the area, there is no signal inside the village. Residents say their phones only catch network when they sit under a specific tree at the village edge.
